Liam attended school locally in Ascot and began his career in estate agency aged 18 in the Bracknell area. He has gone on to gain experience within the Maidenhead, Reading and Wokingham markets too. Building relationships is what Liam enjoys the most in his role, which gives him the opportunity to meet and help all kinds of people. Away from work, Liam enjoys playing football throughout the week and for a local Bracknell team on a Sunday (some say the next Sunday League Pirlo).
The best piece of advice I’ve ever been given is…
The way to get started is to quit talking and start doing.
Top of my bucket list is…
To travel around America and Australia.
On Sunday mornings, you can usually find me…
On a football pitch in all weathers – potentially a little jaded from the night before.
My guilty pleasures are…
Watching Super Sunday and the F1 whilst devouring a takeaway. Highly recommended.
The thing I like best about my job…
Helping and advising landlords on how to make the process of letting their property as stress-free as possible, and assuring tenants throughout the process so that it becomes an enjoyable and exciting experience.
The person I’d most like to go for a drink with is…
Sir Alex Ferguson.

We’re now almost a month into life under lockdown due to COVID-19. And while it can feel like the disease has turned the world upside down, there are still actions we can take to exercise some sense of control.
For landlords with properties in the Bracknel area, these ideas may help you and your tenants.
1) Communicate clearly and consistentlyIt’s a good idea to stay in touch with your tenants and reassure them that you are there should they have any concerns. If we fully manage your property, we are doing this on your behalf. Excellent communication was necessary before the outbreak; it’s now vital.
2) It’s tech timeNow is the ideal opportunity to embrace technology like Zoom, Skype and Facetime, to stay in contact with tenants and this can also be utilised to conduct property viewings and inspections safely.
3) Be flexible and realistic about paymentsNot all tenants have had their income affected by the outbreak, but some have. With those who have previously been good tenants but are now experiencing financial pressure, it’s worth being flexible in your approach to rent collection. Call us to discuss how we can help you protect your interests and their homes in the longer term.
4) Random Acts of KindnessA little kindness goes a long way in times like these. If you have tenants who you know are self-isolating perhaps offer to shop for them or drop off a care package? We’ve heard of several instances where landlords have generously bought essentials for tenants and delivered them while safely observing social distancing guidelines.
5) Get organisedFrom a more practical perspective, now is the time to get your admin in order if you are self-managing your property. Is your landlord insurance up to date? When was your last Gas Safety check? Have you looked at what Government support is available to you during the outbreak?
