Agreeing to rent out your property is a simpler process than making a sale. That said, it is still important to undertake all necessary due diligence once a letting is agreed. All of this can do be done relatively quickly and at little expense to you, our client. The letting agreement and inventory can be compiled quickly and will address all necessary points of law and properly protect your interests as a Landlord.
Therefore, with the ability to move quickly, we generally suggest you speak to our Bracknell lettings team as soon as possible after you have decided to let your property so that rental income streams are not interrupted.
