What You’ll Be Doing

As our Lettings Manager, you will:

  • Lead and motivate a high-performing lettings team to exceed ambitious targets
  • Drive business growth by building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
  • Ensure exceptional service delivery, maintaining our reputation for excellence
  • Oversee the full lettings process, from valuations to move-ins and compliance
  • Work closely with senior leadership to develop strategies for continued success
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to generate creative ideas that help to build a strong online presence to reinforce our reputation as the go-to lettings expert in the area
  • Create engaging social media content to attract potential landlords and showcase our lettings expertise.

About You

You’ll be the perfect fit for this role if you:

  • Have a proven track record in residential lettings, either as a manager or ready to step up
  • Are a confident leader who can inspire and drive a team to success
  • Are a natural relationship builder with a strong local network and business development skills
  • Are enthusiastic about creating engaging social media content, and passionate about online marketing
  • Are a results-driven mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service
  • Have strong knowledge of current lettings legislation and compliance

Desirable Qualities

  • Proactive and self-motivated; always seeking new opportunities for growth
  • Commercially aware; with the ability to identify and act on market trends
  • Resilient and adaptable; thriving in a fast-paced environment
  • Organised and detail-oriented; ensuring compliancy and efficiency in all processes
  • Tech savvy; with experience using lettings CRM systems and digital tools to enhance performance
  • ARLA-qualified (or working towards it) is a plus but not essential
