We have an exciting opportunity for a part-time Accounts Assistant to join our multi award-winning, family-run business.

Duncan Yeardley is a long established, independent estate agent with an unbeatable culture, where you will become an integral part of our friendly and supportive team. We are a forward thinking and progressive company with two offices in Bracknell and Ascot.

Due to ongoing growth, our highly successful and exceptionally busy Lettings department are seeking a part-time Accounts Assistant to help support the team.

The role will involve processing and paying rental income payments, answering queries relating to payments for new tenant move-ins, making regular monthly payments & deposit returns, following up outstanding/late rental payments and updating landlord clients accordingly.

Some relevant experience would be preferable and the ideal candidate must be honest and trustworthy whilst being organised and of course, numerate! You will need to have the ability to use your initiative and problem solve when needed and value the importance of delivering exceptional customer service to our clients.

Working hours are Monday to Friday and we would typically expect 4-5 hours will be required each day. In return we offer a salary starting at £11 per hour dependent on experience, plus access to pension contributions after successful completion of a three month probation period.
