Helen is Nick’s sister and she successfully set up and established our Lettings Department back in 2013. Having spent much of her career prior to DY working in marketing, Helen now heads up our Marketing & Operations department. This suits her organisational skills, creativity and keen eye for detail perfectly! She loves taking long walks with her Labrador Finn and when time permits, travelling and visiting new places around the globe.

Drumroll, please… We are thrilled to announce that we have a brand new website, branding and a new office in Ascot too!
As a longstanding, family-run estate agent already well established in Bracknell, we are always looking at ways to improve our customers’ experience and provide a fresh approach that’s forward-thinking, whether you are selling or buying a home, a landlord, tenant or developer.
We decided it was time to modernise our brand, refresh and improve, as well as expand our reach to help even more people move by opening an additional office in Ascot.

Around the website, you will find up-to-date and relevant content, along with handy step-by-step processes. There are helpful guides for sellers and landlord that are free to download, with more to be added soon. We have also created some fantastic video area guides for Bracknell and Ascot, which provide relevant, local area information for buyers or tenants who are interested in moving to the area.

In today’s world, we understand we need to fit around your day, not ours. That’s why we have a 24/7 booking functionality on our website, whether that be to request a viewing or a valuation, you can do this online at any time that is convenient for you.
Local information
On each property page, users will be able to see full details about the local vicinity including schools, local amenities, journey planner, and broadband speed. This very handy tool will allow users to check what is important to them before going forward with a property, this, in turn, means a more genuine and authentic enquiry from someone who is interested.
Our NEW brand
Just like our website, we have updated our branding which you will see on the new website and in both our offices in Bracknell and Ascot. Retaining our much loved and longstanding pink, it is now used with a stylish flair and the overall look is modern and fresh.

Our passion for property has also led us to acquire an additional office in Sunninghill, Ascot. We’re so excited about this and can’t wait to start helping even more people in Ascot and the surrounding areas with their property needs. The new office has had a complete face-lift to fit in with our vibrant, fresh look. We think it looks pretty awesome and we hope you agree when you pop in to say hello!
